Meditation is no longer considered to be a practice for a few seekers. It’s been used more and more to help us manage the mental health crisis that our fast paced world seems to create.

Self-enquiry. Who am I contemplation.
Self-enquiry is the main practice of Jnana yoga or the yoga of knowledge. Other meditation techniques aim to calm, de-stress and relax the mind. It is an important and necessary process but it won’t take us into the source. Who is actually meditating? Who is seeing through these eyes? Who is thinking this thought? We need to relax into the questions for the answers to open up. We do not think about them, we let them drop in and sit there, taking our awareness deeper and deeper.

Creative and intuitive meditation
Once you experience the state of meditation, you’ll find easier to return there repeatedly and even spontaneously. We may use creativity and any other uplifting experiences to take us into a meditative state.

This mini-course is your introduction to meditation. It’s short and sweet! It gives you six audio guided meditation practices and pdf documents to explain the practices. They are not meant to be guided meditations though. The aim is to introduce them to you, give you a taste so that you can practise them on your own when you become familiar with them.
-
A week if your practice one of the introduced meditation techniques a day. However, you might give a whole week to one technique. That way you’ll really get a taste for the technique.
The daily practice itself takes only 10 minutes. 15 minutes max with reading the info about the techniques.

Yes! It’s especially designed for complete beginners to get a taste of meditation. We don’t need to know much about meditation. We need to practise it regularly. That is what makes the difference.
