Step into the Meditation Journey with me…

  • This mini-course is your introduction to meditation. It’s short and sweet! It gives you six audio guided meditation practices and pdf documents to explain the practices. They are not meant to be guided meditations though. The aim is to introduce them to you, give you a taste so that you can practise them on your own when you become familiar with them.

  • A week if your practice one of the introduced meditation techniques a day. However, you might give a whole week to one technique. That way you’ll really get a taste for the technique.

The daily practice itself takes only 10 minutes. 15 minutes max with reading the info about the techniques.

  • No. It’s kept very simple. The less technology distractions the better.

  • Yes! It’s especially designed for complete beginners to get a taste of meditation. We don’t need to know much about meditation. We need to practise it regularly. That is what makes the difference.
